Market Update 5th June 2020

Business is brisk. It is surprising the amount of activity there is in play right across the price spectrum. Doubtless we will be in level one within days, however it feels like the housing market has taken a pre-emptive position. Several of our homes experienced 50-80+ buyers viewing at their open homes last weekend, this on the back of record numbers viewing online, some homes received over 4000 hits in a 24 hour period.
